This motorhome was manufactured by Thor Industries in 2/2018. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price was $120,300. It has a great floorplan. The Thor ACE 30.4 is built on the highly-regarded F53 – Ford F Series Super Duty Chassis. It has a Ford Triton V-10 Engine producing 320 horsepower and 460 pounds of Torque, with a 5-speed automatic TorqShift Transmission with Overdrive. It truly runs like a top. There is no difference between a basic 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Thor ACE 30.4, so buy this 2018 with lower miles and our extras!
This 2018 Thor A.C.E. 30.4 is beautiful. It’s a very traditional-looking Class A RV. It comes with a recent bumper-to-bumper dealer inspection showing it is in perfect condition.
This 2018 Thor ACE 30.4 is 31.5-feet long, 8′ 3″ wide, and 12′ 2″ tall with a 7-foot interior height. The Tires should have another 40,000 miles of use. The A.C.E. rides on six Goodyear tires and resides in Zephyrhills, Florida. Easy to get here, or we will deliver to you. It weighs in at nine tons (18,000 pounds).
This 31-foot Class-A Motor Home has been used very little and has been well taken care of. It features a large slideout which makes this RV spacious.
The 2018 Thor ACE 30.4 will sleep from one to six adults plus space for two children (or very small adults). The rear Bedroom’s master queen bed is accompanied by a Jack Knife sleeper sofa, a Dinette that can convert into a bed, and an electric drop-down overhead Bunk that can be used for storage or as a bed for little folks. One or two people could live full-time in this motor coach, or a family of up to eight could use it for memorable trips. I have lived in it full-time for almost two years.
The 2018 Thor ACE 30.4 is PET-FRIENDLY. There’s a pet window in the COCKPIT and a low pet drawer with a water bowl and food bowl. However, there has never been a pet in this RV, and there has never been smoking in the RV.
The COCKPIT in the 2018 Thor ACE 30.4 is efficiently arranged with everything you need plus five cupholders in case you want to have a party there. Two Captain’s Chairs, both swivel, seat belts, curtains for privacy when docked, numerous gauges and controls, a table that can be set up between the chairs, a color monitor with Bluetooth, 110-volt electrical outlet, four outlets for electronics (USB, etc.), a console tray, a second AC unit just for the COCKPIT with five fully-adjustable vents. It even has a steering wheel, gas pedal, brake, emergency brake, gear shift, seven-speed intermittent windshield wiper invented by one of my personal idols – Robert Kearns, high beam control, tinted sun visors, spot lamps on each side, wood-look laminate floor, two screened windows, a Doggie Window, a desk with a very sturdy tray, and more. Overhead is a Bunk that can sleep two small people. Press a button, and it drops down. Seven storage bays up there. A ladder in the Basement is used for access. OH, there’s an Emergency Flasher Control.
The GALLEY (kitchen) features a Refrigerator, a very large stainless steel sink, three burner stove with oven, overhead microwave, pantry with pull-out drawers, booth Dinette with a 50” SONY Smart HDTV overhead, plus a coffee table beneath the Bunk between the two Captain’s Chairs.
The booth Dinette can seat as many as six slender folks. It has a nice, large table and two bench seats. There’s a big window that actually opens, storage cabinets above, and a massive storage spot under the bench seat. Topped with a 50” SONY Smart HDTV overhead. The Dinette is in the Living Room area just to the left of the Entry Door.
Full Bathroom with spacious corner shower, vanity with sink, linen storage, and overhead cabinets. The Bathroom has an exhaust fan and is ducted for AC and heat. Free toilet paper included and a Magic Wand.
The rear Bedroom features a Queen Bed and a 32” Sharp Smart HDTV. This suite features three hanging wardrobe closets, dresser drawers, and storage for lots of stuff. A privacy door lets you watch your 32” Sharp Smart HDTV on the queen-sized bed or snuggle with your sweetie without interruption!
This great Thor ACE 30.4 RV comes with other amenities: an exterior 32” LED TV, 16-foot power patio awning, three color backup and side-view cameras, and a Bluetooth entertainment center with indoor/outdoor speakers!
There are THREE (3) TVs in the 2018 Thor ACE 30.4 Motorhome. And a state-of-the-art Weingard Antenna replaced the factory-installed antenna, and it delivers excellent TV reception at no cost.
The Thor A.C.E. 30.4 has ducted air-conditioning, ducted central heat, automatic leveling jacks, an Onan generator, a spot wired for an Inverter, and much more. These aren’t just any HVAC vents; they are fully adjustable for maximum comfort and zero complaints.
There is storage everywhere. Storage Galore. 60 different storage compartments! The Basement has 11 storage bays. UPDATE: Make it 61. My toe caught on the top step in the Entry, and what to my wandering eyes should appear, but Storage Compartment 61.
TANKS – The RV will come with a full tank of gas, a full tank of water, a full tank of propane, and essentially-empty Gray Water and Black Water tanks.
If you have a cellphone with an unlimited data plan and a hotspot, the Thor ACE 30.4 Motorhome will have good Internet service. Your smartphone can also give you an in-dash navigation system. But this motorhome was upgraded in September 2022 with the ultimate WiFi system with a roof-mounted omnidirectional antenna.

All three batteries were replaced a few months ago. The awning and lights along the awning are new within the last year. The motor that operates the entry step was replaced in June 2024.
