There is no special Internet equipment, and you don’t need any.
The best Internet in a motorhome comes from an iPhone or Android with an Unlimited Data Plan. I get mine from Verizon for $60 a month. It includes the Hotspot option, which is essential.
Many RV parks have poor Internet service, but some are very good. Try theirs, and if it isn’t good enough, use your phone as a Hotspot.
